Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, wrong product selection from the customer, or breakages caused by misuse of our products.

Pre-order book orders are individually placed for each order, so once the order is confirmed and we receive your payment, we cannot provide a refund.

Our returns policy only covers products that are faulty. Please email us at “thelittlelearner.au@gmail.com” within 3 days of receiving your parcel. You will need to provide us with a description of the fault along with a photo. If we determine that it is a fault due  to our own we will do our best to refund or exchange the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thelittlelearner.au@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Please note that shipping costs or damages associated with shipping are non-refundable.
