SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost is calculated by the system, if you have any concern about your shipping cost, please email us "thelittlelearner.au@gmail.com", we will  check for you.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED

We aim to post all orders within 1 to 4 working days if your product is in stock.

Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking details.

If you have not received a tracking number 1 week after placing your order please email us “thelittlelearner.au@gmail.com”. We will provide you with a detailed status of your order or resolve any potential issues.

During peak Christmas time we will endeavour to do our best to send your parcel within this time frame. But it might take a little longer and we apologies in advance.

The number of days it takes to reach your destination depends on the courier network and this is additional to our processing timeframe of 1 to 4 business days.

WRONG ADDRESS/ NON COLLECTED ORDERS

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will be charged a re-delivery fee.

If your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days.  If it's not collected within that time it will be returned back to us and you will be charged a reshipping fee. 

 WHAT DO I DO IF MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT

We are not legally responsible for lost or damaged items after they have been dispatched so we strongly advise our customers to purchase insurance.

There is a delivery option at the checkout with the insurance included in the delivery fee.

We have a very strict quality control process, where every item shipped out of our warehouse is of high standard. If you receive a damaged item this would have occurred in transit. Please note we do not accept responsibility for transit damage or lost items.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? 
As soon as your order has been completed on our webpage we are unable to cancel, exchange or refund your items. 

PACKAGING

We try to be environmentally friendly. Your order may be packaged in a box that we have recycled from a supplier.

PRE-ORDER

We give an approximate dispatch time frame of between 6-8  weeks, this DOES NOT take into consideration delays in the ordering process, international shipping delays, production delays or public holiday periods. We do our very best to dispatch Preorders as soon as possible.
