✅如果你只想買幾本書也可以，歡迎請我幫你找其他媽媽併單（但海運過來時間就比較不一定，會盡量幫忙詢問同時期購買的媽媽是否要併單）。需要此服務請主動來問我喔，我不會主動幫你們併單！！併單後的重量看當時有多少人要併單，這也不是取決於我喔！

Pre-order book orders are individually placed for each order, so once the order is confirmed, we cannot provide a refund. All pre-ordered books are shipped from Taiwan. The shipping time for sea freight is beyond our control. If you cannot wait, please choose air shipping!

Because of that, we can’t include the cost of international shipping.

1️⃣ Place your order online
2️⃣ Pay for the books
3️⃣ Wait for the publisher to ship (usually 14–21 business days; longer if reprinting)
4️⃣ Our Taiwan helper receives the books, packs, and weighs them
5️⃣ You pay for international shipping (charged at post office rate) + AUD $10 (for Taiwan domestic postage + packaging materials)
6️⃣ Sit back and wait for your happy mail to arrive! 📬

💰 Two Payment Stages

1️⃣ First payment – book price
2️⃣ Second payment – international postage (post office rate) + AUD $10 (Taiwan domestic postage + packaging materials)

No problem! You can ask me to help combine your order with other mums to save on shipping.
(Please note: shipping time may vary depending on when others order.)
👉 You need to message me to request this — I won’t automatically combine orders.

Combined shipping cost will be calculated as:
Book price + [total shipping fee × (your book weight ÷ total weight) +share AU10] + local pickup/delivery fee (if any)
(Charges are based on whichever is heavier — actual weight or volumetric weight.)

• 📦 Books shipped directly to your home cannot be combined with other group-buy items.

• 💰 If the publisher changes their prices, we reserve the right to adjust accordingly.

• 🚢 Books are shipped mainly by sea mail (charged at actual cost). Air shipping is also available if you need it urgently.

• 📚 If the book you want isn’t listed on our website, feel free to message me — I’ll help you find it!

• ❌ If a book goes out of print or the publisher can’t fulfill it, you’ll get a full refund for that title.
